JAMMU & KASHMIR Kulgam Encounter : Two militants killed, One believed to be top commander | KNO Published 277 weeks ago on January 12, 2019 By KashmirNewsObserver Kulgam, January 12 (KNO) : Two militants have been killed in an ongoiing encounter that raged between militants and government forces in Kathpora area of Yari Pora belt Kulgam on Saturday evening. Official sources told KNO that two militants have been killed in the ongoing encounter and two more are believed to be trapped. Earlier on receiving specific inputs about the presence of militants in the area forces including 34 RR and SOG Yaripora launched search operation in the area. On intensifying the search operation towards the suspected spot, militants hiding fired upon forces which was retaliated triggering gunfight.
